Putrajaya Lake Cruise
The Putrajaya Lake Cruise is one of the best ways to see the city’s sights during the day or night. Located on the man-made lake across 650 hectares of beautiful waters and exotic wetlands, which is in the heart of Putrajaya next to the Putra Mosque and Dataran Putra. This is one of the city’s top tourist attractions as you are able to see landmarks of the city such as Putrajaya International Convention Centre, Putra Bridge, Seri Saujana Bridge, Seri Gemilang Bridge, Prime Minister's office (Perdana Putra), Palace of Justice, Millennium Monument, Putra Mosque and the Ministry of Finance.

Botanical Garden
Spread over an area of 92ha, this is the largest botanical garden in Malaysia. It is divided into three sections, namely flowers, ornamental plants as well as preservation/research. More than 700 species of plants from Malaysia and other parts of the world can be found here. In addition to attractions such as the explorer’s trail, vine garden and palm hill, there is also a gift shop selling environmentally-friendly souvenirs.

Seri Wawasan Bridge
The Seri Wawasan Bridge is one of the main bridges in Putrajaya. The bridge was designed to resemble a futuristic asymmetric cable-stayed bridge with a forward-inclined pylon that has a sailing ship appearance with changeable color lighting at night. Due to the unique building design of the Seri Wawasan Bridge, it stands out from the other bridges in Malaysia. Taman Putrajaya Wetlands
Putrajaya Wetlands Park (also known as Taman Wetland in Malay) is known to be the largest constructed freshwater wetlands in the tropics. It is the first man-made wetland in Malaysia, which includes a Wetland Park and wetland areas. Putrajaya Wetlands consists of 24 wetland cells, Wetlands Park and the other Wetland areas. The Wetland is now also known as a wildlife sanctuary includes a huge variety of animals. Visitors can also jog, cycle along its bicycle track or a leisure walk.

Alamanda Mall
Alamanda Mall is a shopping mall that is mostly visited by professionals from the township’s private and government sectors due to the convenient location within KL’s administrative centre. Shopping wise there are various stores such as Parkson, international brands including Estee Lauder, Fossil, Timberland, Colori and Anna Sui. Cold Storage supermarket can also be found where shoppers can get their fresh groceries. Aside from that, there is plenty of entertainment such as Golden Screen Cinemas, bowling and karaoke.

New Millennium Monument
Located in a 25-hectare park in Precinct 2, the Millennium Monument is a national monument in Putrajaya and is 68m tall. Shaped like an obelisk with etchings, it indicates the important periods and milestones in the nation’s history. During the night, this monument serves as a beacon with strong lights projected at 360 degrees and sweeping lights that are visible across various locations in Putrajaya. These lights also act as a guide for the cruise boats.

Putra Mosque
The Putra Mosque which is facing the scenic Putrajaya Lake is Putrajaya’s most distinctive landmark and one of the most modern mosques in the world. The mosque’s architecture blends traditional designs, local craftsmanship and the use of indigenous materials. It is modeled after Persian Islamic architecture of the Safavid period together with elements derived from other Muslim Cultures. The pink-domed Putra Mosque is constructed with rose-tinted granite that consists of three main functional areas – the prayer hall, the Sahn, or courtyard, and various learning facilities and function rooms.

Putra Square
The Putra Square stands on one of the most distinct landmarks in Putrajaya Malaysia, between Perdana Putra (also known as Malaysian White House) and Putrajaya Convention Centre. The square is the venue for many festivals such as the Malaysian Independence Day parade. There is actually two concentric plazas, which are divided into start-shaped segments that represent the states in Malaysia. The mixture of paths, water, channels, flower beds and trees are what makes the square a picturesque stop for visitors.
